Non ci resta che piangere

It seems incredible, but, ladies and gentlemen, this is it. This will be the last entry of my blog written from Italy. Three months have passed, and when I think of all the things that happened in Via Quartaroli 15, it feels like a lot more:

I have had great flat mates. We have shared a 1st of November lying in bed. We have had fireman rescue us… from a closed door! We have laughed a lot, about everything, and about nothing. We have had a crazy-lovely cat called gatto. Or milka. Or pitbull. Or catto. We have played a stupid game of trying to find words that started with a letter, until 1 AM. We have talked our own code, only understood by us (what a nice door, the 3 men of the flat, FML). We have spent many hours talking politics, exams, life…

And even though so much has happened, it sometimes feels like much less. With so many people, I feel I didn’t really get the chance to know them. But what I got to know made my stay a better one. So I can only thank all of you for the short and long moments we’ve shared along this adventure. I wish I could do more. I wish I could stay longer. Yes, I sometimes wish I could stop time.
